As a result of the growing support in the Cops, Cars & Cruisers community outreach event, we have moved our event to Pavilion Park, the
flagship park in the City of Liberty Lake. This move will not only enhance our 25th Anniversary
celebration of the City of Liberty Lake and the Liberty Lake Police Department, but will be more centralized to the Liberty Lake community so more people can attend. We are planning for even more activities
throughout the day, including some kid's activities and displays which will be of interest to the community.
The Cops, Cars, and Cruisers is a one-of-a-kind event which started at Post Fall P.D. in 2011. It was designed to involve the community and first responders in a laid back, family and fun atmosphere.
Along with it being our annual community outreach event, it also desgined to have the proceeds benefit Special Olympics.
Expect a good time! Expect to meet some wonderful people who share your same interests in cars and community in a great
family oriented atmosphere! Expect a relaxed event with a variety of great vehicles of all type, a community oriented display area where
local organizations that cater to the local communities will display and provide information on their services, food vendors and a craft fair
which will showcase local arts and crafts. There is always a variety of car clubs represented.
Participants in our Community Display area, such as food vendors, craft fair participants, informational booths, will set up between 7am and 8am.
Entry into the car show parking area will begin around 7:30am. Other than for the workers, volunteers and their respective clubs
as applicable, no early or reserved parking will be allowed! You will be greeted by several friendly parking volunteers who will provide you with basic
parking directions and instructions. You may be greeted by other volunteer parking specialists who
will assist you with parking. Please follow their parking instructions. Whether you pre-registered or not, we request that you proceed to the registration
table as soon as possible to complete your registration process. Parking specialists will only be parking vehicles until 10:30. Registration closes at 11am.
If your vehicle is not in place by 10:30, it may not be judged.
The 2026 Cruising with the Cops event will include a burnout contest. You must register and participate in the Cops, Cars and Cruisers event in order to participate in the burnout contest. You are high encouraged to register early if you want to participate in the burnout contest as we will be limiting the number of vehicles that participate. There will be an award given for the best controlled burnout, along with bragging rights. I will be working with official of the Speedway on the details and release those closer to the event.
