Cops, Cars and Cruisers
Frequently Asked Questions

What is Cops, Cars & Cruisers all about?
Cops, Cars & Cruisers is a Liberty Lake Police Foundation community outreach event which began as a car show, bringing the car community and law enforcement together at one common event. Its success has been felt in many ways from being duplicated
by other law enforcement agencies, in a variety of local events and by its continued annual growth. This event has grown into a community outreach event consisting of a car show and inviting the community to participate with community informational displays,
food and other vendors, and a small craft fair. Although this event continues to grow, going forward there will concerted efforts to manage that growth to keep it fun and manageable.

How can I participate?
There are a variety of ways you can participate:
  • CAR SHOW: You can participate in our Car Show Area. Register and show your pride and joy in whatever condition it is in. This is not your typical car show. The focus is on the vehicles but more inportantly the focus about having fun and for participants meeting others and having a memorable time!
  • COMMUNITY AREA: You can participate in our Community Area which consists of a Food Court, Craft Fair, Vendors, and Community Information Displays. Application forms are available on this website as well as on our Facebook page.
  • SPECTATOR: We welcome and enjoy spectators at our event. Spectators can vote for their favorite vehicle at the car show and kids can vote as well for their favorite!
  • EVENT SUPPORTERS: We typically have a lot of supporters that either support our fund raising activities, donate items for goodie bags, as volunteers at the event, promoting the event with their friends, or otherwise.

What does the Car Show consist of?
To be clear, this event is not primarily a car show, nor is it primarily a food event, nor is it primarily a vendor event, nor is it primarily a fund raising event. Cops, Cars & Cruisers is a community outreach event which means we
have a little or a lot of everything. It is designed to bring communities together for a fun day of activities. The car show is indeed the focal point of the event and we encourage you to bring out and show off whatever ride you are proud of.
The car show is primarily to bring car enthusiasts together. Unlike regular car shows, our awards are unique and vary from year to year. There is a Best of Show award voted on by car show participants.

Food vendor applications and approvals are processed in the order they are received. All applications must have proof of a Liberty Lake Business License Attached and must present a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of Liberty Lake, the Liberty Lake Police Department, and MODE. The COI and business license can be submitted after the application but must be received prior to being accepted as a food vendor.
